The company's executive and top shareholder, Santi Piyatat, emphasized the company's strength after overcoming more than five years of difficulties, aiming to reclaim its position as a market leader in real estate. In Q1/2022, the company generated total revenue of 81.64 million baht, a remarkable growth of 706% from the first quarter of the previous year.

Santi Piyatat, Managing Director of KC Property Public Company Limited, a stable developer of quality horizontal real estate, revealed that after being suspended from trading on the stock market for over five years, he and his team have successfully resolved issues, including improving internal control systems to be more efficient and transparent, thereby building trust with auditors and regulatory agencies, as well as the company's shareholders. This has led to auditors' confidence in reviewing and certifying the company's financial statements up to the present.

Additionally, we have focused on reducing administrative costs and improving construction cost management. Finally, we have worked on enhancing the design and functionality of our main projects simultaneously, creating added value and improving profit margins in our key projects. This has led to an improved financial statement for the company in Q1 2022, generating total revenue of 81.64 million baht, a 706% increase from the first quarter of the previous year (Q1 2021 revenue was 11.55 million baht).

The company currently has five projects under development and sales, with a total value of 3.399 billion baht. For the second half of the year, the company will continue to focus on developing horizontal real estate while also exploring new business opportunities that can generate additional income.
